Built on operations experience
AJR Solutions LLC was founded in Aurora, Colorado to connect government agencies with dependable small businesses that do excellent work.
Founder AJ Rhea brings about ten years of operations leadership from Denver's event industry, serving as a site captain and later as warehouse and operations manager. That work meant leading on-site crews, coordinating multiple vendors and rental companies, and delivering on fixed schedules where there was no room to miss a deadline.
AJR brings the same discipline to government contracts: clear plans, dependable partners, and steady communication.
